Are students allowed to wear sweaters, jackets, or hoodies of choice?
Students may wear navy sweaters or jackets as long as they are button down or zippered. Students may close their jackets while outside, but they must be taken off or unzipped while in class.
Are students required to wear specific colors of socks?
No. Students may wear socks of their choice as long as there are no inappropriate symbols/sayings and the socks are not higher than the student's knees. (no thigh-high socks)
Do students wear uniforms 5 days per week?
No.
K-5 students enjoy a Spirit day on their assigned PE day where they can wear any SCA or SCC Spirit shirt with appropriate athletic bottoms (basketball shorts, leggings, longer bicycle shorts, etc.).
Upper School students (Middle & High school) enjoy their Spirit day on Fridays. Students can wear any SCA or SCC Spirit shirt with appropriate bottoms of choice (jeans without rips, leggings may be worn if shirt covers bottom).
How can students still express themselves while wearing uniforms?
Students may wear sneakers, socks, hair/jewelry accessories of their choice while wearing uniforms. They may also choose their own backpacks, lunch boxes, and water bottles they bring to school.
